Technical support services available either by telephone or on site customer visits from 08:30-18:00 Monday – Friday. Email service available for non-office hours, 24 hours a day – 7 days a week.

On Site Training
At Fastrak Consultancy we offer Onsite/In House training for Single or Multiple users of Sage Software, all training is done in the comfort of your own working environment. All of our training is structured around the companies’ needs and requirements, be it large or small we cater for every eventuality. With this in mind, Fatsrak offers training not only on a daily basis, but we can offer half daily and if needed on an hourly basis*. All our tutors are local, enhancing the flexibility we offer our customers.

Project Management
From choosing the actual Software, installation, networking, to actually using the program. To some people this may seem very daunting, that’s why we offer to help you through the whole process. We are on hand to ensure that you select the software most suited to the companies’ requirements/needs, and then we can either assist on site with installation/networking or talk you through any concerns/problems you may have via telephone, but rest assured we will assist with every aspect from the start of the process right through to the realisation.
Payroll Bureau Service
